Admission Requirements

i. LL.B 3rd Class

ii. HND at least at lower credit level in Estate Management, Land Survey, Quantity Survey, Urban and

Regional planning, Architecture and other related field.

iii. B.Sc. 3rd class in any of the above mention field.

Applicants must comply with other admission guidelines of the Ahmadu Bello University for post graduate programmes

Graduation Requirements.

Students are expected to pass all courses as well as a project to be internally defended.
