a)    Entry Requirements

M.Sc. Policy and Development Studies, M.Sc. Public Administration, M.Phil. Public Administration and Policy and Development Studies, Local Government, M.Sc. Political Science, Economics, Sociology and Public Administration;

b)    Course Duration

This programme takes a maximum period of 60 months to complete, including one year course work and Presentation of Seminar Papers.

c)     Graduation Requirements

The award of PhD (Policy and Development Studies) degree is conditional upon passing the prescribed courses. Also candidates are required to writing and defend a thesis before the panel of examiners (Oral Defence)
